Retreat Experiences
- Soul Feast - When was the last time you experienced enough quiet to listen with your heart? You’re invited to come and listen with your heart at SOULfeast. Over four days you'll experience Sabbath rest, engaging worship, fresh insight for the journey, and community connection. Bring your family, your leadership team, and your desire for rest and inspiration. Whether you are clergy or laity, young or mature, coming solo or with family, you’ll find space and guidance at SOULfeast for creative engagement in spiritual practices that foster attentiveness to God’s voice. Workshops, both new and familiar musical worship, the natural beauty of western North Carolina, energizing teaching, challenging resources for leaders, and opportunities to play with family and new friends combine to make SOULfeast a rich listening experience.
- Walk to Emmaus - The Walk to Emmaus is a spiritual renewal program intended to strengthen the local church through the development of Christian disciples and leaders. The program's approach seriously considers the model of Christ's servanthood and encourages Christ's disciples to act in ways appropriate to being "a servant of all."
Five Day Academy for Spiritual Formation - A Five Day Academy typically begins on Sunday evening and ends Friday noon. On the evening of the first day, there is a group dinner, a welcome and orientation, Covenant Group sessions, and a Communion celebration. Each day following includes Curriculum sessions, times for silent reflection, discussions with faculty, and Covenant Group meetings. There is also a nightly Communion Service, Morning Prayer, and Night Prayer. Five Day Academies are offered each year in locations around the world. The cost varies according to the location.
